For quality assurance, our quality system runs through the whole process from the new product introduction to mass production. We believe the good quality is designed, made, but not checked. So, at the beginning of tool design, we use the APQP’s core concept, such as PFMEA to analysis the correlative process, closely communicating with customers and paying much attention to listen the voice from customers.
We inspect tooling components and stamping parts by professional measuring instruments, such as CMM, profile projector, hardness tester etc. On the other hand, we make special checking fixtures for some parts, in order to raise measuring efficiency. For special characteristic, SPC is used to improve quality while reducing inspection costs.
